This Shipping Policy outlines and governs all order processing, shipment, delivery, and related service terms between snkrs-base.com (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”) and all customers (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “your”, “customer”) who place orders and purchase products through our official website. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms stated in this Shipping Policy. Please review this document carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time
  All orders received will undergo strict order verification, inventory confirmation, and product packaging before dispatch. We strive to process and ship all valid orders in a timely manner to ensure prompt delivery.

Standard Processing Time: All in-stock orders will be processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and regional official holidays) after payment is successfully confirmed and verified.

Order Delay Notice:
During peak shopping seasons, holiday periods, inventory shortages, weather disruptions, or unexpected system issues, order processing may be delayed by 2-5 business days. We will notify you via email or website in-app message regarding any delays and update your order status promptly.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
You may request order cancellation only before your order has been marked as shipped. Once the order is dispatched and handed over to the logistics carrier, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Invalid Orders:
We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders with incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable shipping information, unpaid payments, or suspected fraudulent transactions. We will contact you to verify details before proceeding with any order hold or cancellation.

2. Shipping Destinations & Coverage
  We provide international shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide. Please note that certain remote areas, isolated islands, military regions, and restricted customs zones may be excluded from our standard shipping coverage. If your delivery address falls under an unsupported or remote area, we will contact you promptly to modify the address or process a full refund.

  We do not offer shipping services to countries and regions under international trade sanctions, legal prohibitions, or regional delivery bans. All shipments comply with local international trade and customs regulations.

3. Shipping Timeframes & Delivery Estimates
  All stated delivery times are estimated timelines, not guaranteed fixed dates, and begin counting after the order is successfully shipped (not from the order placement time). Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, traffic, and local postal service efficiency.

Standard International Shipping:
10-15 business days (applicable to most mainstream countries and regions, cost-effective option)

Expedited Express Shipping: 7-10 business days (faster transit, full logistics tracking, optional paid upgrade)

Remote Areas & Small Regions: 15-30 business days (longer customs and local transit lead times apply)

  Business days exclude local weekends, national public holidays, and international statutory holidays. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, customs inspections, carrier operational issues, or incorrect customer-provided shipping details.

4. Shipping Fees & Calculation

  Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery country/region, order total weight, product volume, and chosen shipping method. Exact shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

Free Shipping Promotion: We regularly launch order threshold free shipping promotions for designated regions. Specific free shipping rules will be clearly posted on the website homepage and product pages.

Extra Fees: Additional surcharges may apply to oversized items, heavyweight products, fragile goods, and remote delivery addresses, which will be clearly marked at checkout.

Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable:
Unless the order is lost, damaged, or undelivered due to our fault or logistics carrier error, original shipping fees are non-refundable for returned orders, refused packages, or undelivered items caused by customer error.

5. Logistics Tracking & Order Updates
  Once your order is dispatched, we will immediately send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address. This email will include a unique logistics tracking number and official carrier tracking link, allowing you to monitor your package transit status in real time.

  You may also log into your website account, navigate to the “My Orders” page, to view real-time order status, shipping updates, and full tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the logistics system to update tracking information after shipment.

6. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  All international orders may be subject to local import duties, value-added tax (VAT), customs inspection fees, or other import-related charges levied by the destination country’s customs authority. All customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  We are not responsible for paying, reimbursing, or assuming any customs duties, taxes, or customs clearance delays.
 
  It is the customer’s obligation to understand local customs import rules and pay applicable fees to complete customs clearance and receive the package.

  Refusal to pay customs duties will result in package abandonment, return, or destruction by local customs. We will not issue refunds for packages lost or confiscated due to customer refusal to clear customs.

7. Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages
We take full responsibility for order safety during transit and resolve all qualified logistics-related issues:

Lost Package: If your package is confirmed lost by the logistics carrier during transit (no tracking updates for 15+ days), we will resend the order free of charge or process a full product refund.

Damaged Package: For products damaged in transit, please submit a support ticket with clear photos of the package and damaged items within 7 days of delivery. We will approve a replacement, partial refund, or full refund after verification.

Marked Delivered But Not Received: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please first contact your local postal service/carrier and check with neighbors or property management. Contact our customer support within 10 days of the marked delivery date for further investigation.

8. Undeliverable & Refused Packages
  Packages marked as undeliverable due to incorrect customer shipping address, unavailable recipient, expired delivery, or refusal to accept delivery will be returned to our warehouse by the carrier.
 
  Customers will be responsible for round-trip shipping fees, customs fees, and warehouse handling fees incurred by returned undeliverable packages. The remaining order amount will be refunded after deducting all applicable fees.

  We do not accept automatic reshipment of returned undeliverable packages. Customers must contact customer support to reconfirm shipping details and pay additional fees for reshipment.

9. Special Exclusions & Limitations

  We do not ship hazardous materials, flammable goods, restricted items, or any products prohibited by international shipping laws and regulations.
 
  Delivery times are estimates only; we do not guarantee absolute on-time delivery and are not liable for indirect losses caused by transit delays.

  Force majeure events including natural disasters, war, policy changes, epidemic restrictions, and government controls will extend shipping and delivery timelines without liability on our end.
